Outlook, WA - William (Bill) Henry Harrington passed peacefully on January 27, 2026, at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, WA. Bill is now with his Savior Jesus.

Bill was born May 25, 1946 in Yakima Washington to Thomas (Dudley) and Ruth Marie (Van Wye) Harrington. Bill graduated from Zillah High School in May 1964. He lived his entire life in the Yakima Valley except for the years he served his country. While in the Army, Bill spent one year in Germany, which he compared to his beloved Washington state. On April 16, 1966, Bill married the love of his life Paula Kay Burson and together they lovingly raised 3 children: William Duane, Fayla Diane and David Arthur Harrington. Their family continued to grow as Duane married Kelly (Bartley) and David married Kelly (Phillips). Later they were also blessed with three awesome granddaughters: Jordan Marie (Russell Rose), Aydan Kay (Chance Marsh) and Devan Faith. Bill worked for various farmers and dairymen in the Yakima Valley from the age of 12 until he began driving milk tankers in 1976. Bill completed his career as a driver for LTI, Milky Way when he retired in 2013.

Bill is survived by his wife Paula, children: Duane (Kelly), Fayla, David (Kelly), granddaughters: Jordan (Russell), Aydan (Chance) and Devan, his sister Phyllis Busenbark of Kankakee, Illinois, and his brother Thomas Richard Harrington of Yakima Washington, and many nieces and nephews.

Bill loved his family and lived his life spending time enjoying them. He requested no formal service and requested that he be remembered the way he was the last time you saw him and spoke with him. The family thanks Kadlec Cancer Center, Prosser hospital and Virginia Mason Hospital. Bill received compassion and kindness from the staff at each of these facilities and they were always given his wonderful smile and twinkling blue eyes!

I, Paula, will miss you dearly and wait for us to be reunited when the Lord allows. Farewell my love until we are together again.
