Kirkland, WA - Bob was born in ND to Oscar and Josephine Pilon and came to Yakima in 1940. He graduated from Marquette then served in the Coast Guard. He returned to Yakima to work as a bartender, manager at Reese Insulation and owner of his own insulation company. He was proud to volunteer as an AARP tax aide and help the Habitat for Humanity store. He is survived by his wife Karen in Bothell, 3 daughters -- Renee Rose and Leanne Amer of Yakima and Laura Gates of Redmond, and stepson Tyson Bender of Kirkland.
