Marylou (Hudson) Calhoon, born in Athol, KS and longtime resident of Tieton, WA and, after retirement, Yakima, WA, passed away, surrounded by love, on October 9, 2025, after a nearly year and a half battle with lung cancer. Marylou was an indomitable spirit who lived and loved fully and fiercely, and her loss leaves a big hole in her family and the many communities of which she was a part.
Marylou had a zest for life! She had fun with whatever she did and made friends wherever she went, so family, friends, and acquaintances, please join us in remembering and celebrating Marylou's amazing 90 years of life!
A Memorial Service, with Celebration of Life Reception to follow, will be held on December 6, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Shaw & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N 2nd St, Yakima, WA 98901.
